I needed a new toilet installed and had decided not to use my regular plumber. The quote I received was higher than I expected. I happened to see one of the GPS Plumbing trucks in my neighborhood the other day and decided to reach out. They were fast to respond. I explained what I needed done and sent pictures of the bathroom and replacement toilet. I receive a quote, via text, within minutes. I scheduled them for today. Kevin and Fisher showed up promptly to replace the old toilet with the new one. I can’t say enough about their excellent customer service, professionalism and knowledge. The replacement barely took any time at all. I believe I just found a new plumber for my future plumbing needs. GPS has the best customer service, service and pricing and they’re locally owned. I just had an extremely positive experience with GPS Plumbing here in Frisco. We had a gas leak, called and spoke with Donna who was extremely professional on the phone. Within 2 hours Brandon was able to come out, explain in layman’s terms exactly where the leak was and what could have caused it, and fixed it. It was an overall 5 star experience in what could have been something much worse. Thanks very much GPS Plumbing!
