I had a problem after a recent project they had completed and they were came by same day and fixed it at no cost. It wasn’t happening until a few days after the job was completed and it was a stuck valve. Great company to get plumbing service from. And Brendan is great!

After mistakenly dropping both my wedding and engagement ring down a flushing toilet I immediately tried to come to terms that they were gone. Given the sentimentality of them (especially the one that was my grandmother’s) I felt I had to at least consult with a plumber to be able to move forward. I called GPS plumbing and Dawna answered the phone. She was incredibly sympathetic and consulted with the crew who said the likely hood of recovering them was low but they’d be willing to put a camera down in the pipes to check for them.. Fisher and Nick came out and were incredibly competent, kind and respectful. They pulled the toilet put a camera down the drain and saw BOTH rings in the pipe. After many hours over two days they were able to recover both my wedding and engagement ring. Even though the odds were low on recovery, the time and effort they put into retrieving them made all of the difference. Truly a remarkable experience and I am forever grateful for their skill and determination in retrieving my rings.

Steve and his crew went above and beyond my expectations. This was a difficult location to install a water heater of sufficient capacity and Steve went out of his way to find the right unit and get it installed for a reasonable price in a timely manner. I highly recommend GPS Plumbing

Called at 8:30 am and they had someone that showed up at our house by 10:30 to diagnose and fix a water leak. They located the leak and fixed the issue. The guys were very professional and courteous in all communication with me. I’ve used GPS in the past and highly recommend them!

I just had an extremely positive experience with GPS Plumbing here in Frisco. We had a gas leak, called and spoke with Donna who was extremely professional on the phone. Within 2 hours Brandon was able to come out, explain in layman’s terms exactly where the leak was and what could have caused it, and fixed it.
