Excellent customer service and response time. I called just after 5 and got a live person and we were able to talk through my issue to confirm I did need help. Set a time for the next morning and they were right on time! Showed them my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it. I was also thinking I would have to pay for an additional service but they verified I didn’t need it so they didn’t just do the service bc I suggested it. I appreciate their honesty! Our pilot light went out and we couldn’t get it to relight, so we called GPS Plumbing, and they were able to fix the problem and did not even charge us for the visit. They gave us a quote for a new water heater but did not pressure us to buy. After the pilot light went out two more times within a week (we were able to get it to relight on our own), we decided to go ahead and replace our water heater as we didn’t want to have to go up in the attic every 4-5 days to get the pilot light relit. Excellent customer service throughout. Installation only took 1.5 hrs. Will definitely use them again!

After mistakenly dropping both my wedding and engagement ring down a flushing toilet I immediately tried to come to terms that they were gone. Given the sentimentality of them (especially the one that was my grandmother’s) I felt I had to at least consult with a plumber to be able to move forward. I called GPS plumbing and Dawna answered the phone. She was incredibly sympathetic and consulted with the crew who said the likely hood of recovering them was low but they’d be willing to put a camera down in the pipes to check for them.. Fisher and Nick came out and were incredibly competent, kind and respectful. They pulled the toilet put a camera down the drain and saw BOTH rings in the pipe. After many hours over two days they were able to recover both my wedding and engagement ring. Even though the odds were low on recovery, the time and effort they put into retrieving them made all of the difference. Truly a remarkable experience and I am forever grateful for their skill and determination in retrieving my rings.

Did a shower valve change for me. Had to cut the tile and change out the valve behind the wall. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up so well I wouldn’t have even known they were there.
