I needed a new toilet installed and had decided not to use my regular plumber. The quote I received was higher than I expected. I happened to see one of the GPS Plumbing trucks in my neighborhood the other day and decided to reach out. They were fast to respond. I explained what I needed done and sent pictures of the bathroom and replacement toilet. I receive a quote, via text, within minutes. I scheduled them for today. Kevin and Fisher showed up promptly to replace the old toilet with the new one. I can’t say enough about their excellent customer service, professionalism and knowledge. The replacement barely took any time at all. I believe I just found a new plumber for my future plumbing needs. GPS has the best customer service, service and pricing and they’re locally owned. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

GPS will be the only plumber I will ever call again. They are the best in every catagory!! I needed to replace a couple of tub spouts. They helped me get the parts for free from the manufacture, because of the weather the parts were slow to get here, I had to reschedule 3 times. They were wonderful every time I called. The guys came within an hour of the parts arriving. The price was great. Not the first time I used them and again won’t be the last. I highly recommend them!!

GPS Plumbing is my go to for about 2-3 yrs now. They have always been very communicative, on time, up front about costs, and efficient. Not once have I been disappointed. It is not always easy to find companies you can trust with various home repairs/installations, but I feel like I can trust GPS.

When my gas got turned off, GPS associates were so very helpful in helping me get this resolved. I highly recommend this company. They are the only one I’ve used for all my plumbing needs.

We had an amazing experience with GPS Plumbing Frisco! I first called yesterday morning to get a quote and information about replacing our hot water tank that was leaking in our garage. My day got away and I wasn’t able to call back until almost closing last night, and they were still able to get us scheduled for first thing this morning as we had no hot water by the end of yesterday. They showed up right on time (they were actually early), they were quick and efficient with the install, and very up front about their pricing – absolutely no surprises. No gimmicks. No added charges for this or that like other companies often do. The quote I was given is what I paid and was inclusive of everything needed for the replacement and hauling away of the old tank. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and trustworthy from beginning to end. Everyone from the office staff to our technicians Zaine and Eron made what could have been a very stressful situation smooth and easy. Supporting a locally-owned business was just a perk. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done, and we will absolutely use them again!

Fast, responsive, family owned business. Great work and a very affordable price! Pipe burst during the winter storm in Jan 2026 and they were able to come out within 2 hours with icy road conditions and complete the work quickly so we could get our water running again

I had three new toilets installed. A few issues arose during installation and the guys were simply outstanding in how they handled the problems. They went above and beyond to comply with our requests. I am 100% satisfied. They were polite, professional, competent and really nice guys. I recommend without any reservations.
