After mistakenly dropping both my wedding and engagement ring down a flushing toilet I immediately tried to come to terms that they were gone. Given the sentimentality of them (especially the one that was my grandmother’s) I felt I had to at least consult with a plumber to be able to move forward. I called GPS plumbing and Dawna answered the phone. She was incredibly sympathetic and consulted with the crew who said the likely hood of recovering them was low but they’d be willing to put a camera down in the pipes to check for them.. Fisher and Nick came out and were incredibly competent, kind and respectful. They pulled the toilet put a camera down the drain and saw BOTH rings in the pipe. After many hours over two days they were able to recover both my wedding and engagement ring. Even though the odds were low on recovery, the time and effort they put into retrieving them made all of the difference. Truly a remarkable experience and I am forever grateful for their skill and determination in retrieving my rings.

GPS will be the only plumber I will ever call again. They are the best in every catagory!! I needed to replace a couple of tub spouts. They helped me get the parts for free from the manufacture, because of the weather the parts were slow to get here, I had to reschedule 3 times. They were wonderful every time I called. The guys came within an hour of the parts arriving. The price was great. Not the first time I used them and again won’t be the last. I highly recommend them!!

This is a great company! We called today to schedule a garbage disposal issue thinking it would be a day or 2, and they were there about 2 hours later! Quickly fixed the issue and price was very fair. Excellent customer service. We also used them about 3 years ago for a toilet repair and they were awesome then. Highly recommend this plumbing company!

Second time I’ve used GPS and again, happy with the results. Called them at 9:00AM with a leak at my meter, they showed up at 11:00 (as scheduled) and finished by 2:45. Showed me the repair before replacing the dirt and cleaned the area. Recommend GPS Plumbing!

GPS plumbing has earned my trust. They do great work for a fair price and stand behind the work. I had a problem after a recent project they had completed and they were came by same day and fixed it at no cost. It wasn’t happening until a few days after the job was completed and it was a stuck valve. Great company to get plumbing service from. And Brendan is great!
