Excellent customer service and response time. I called just after 5 and got a live person and we were able to talk through my issue to confirm I did need help. Set a time for the next morning and they were right on time! Showed them my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it. I was also thinking I would have to pay for an additional service but they verified I didn’t need it so they didn’t just do the service bc I suggested it. I appreciate their honesty! Fast and reliable! Everything I want in a plumber. Updating – I used them again to fix our tub pipe/faucet that got knocked off the wall and once again I had a great experience!! Fast appointment. Repairman was on time, friendly, efficient and helpful! Explained situation, answered my questions and fixed it in record time. I will be calling them every time I need help. Donna in the office is awesome too!!

They came the next day after my call about a leaky faucet and replaced it quickly and on time. They were professional and personable.

Recently a sprinkler company had mentioned our water pressure was very high in spite of having a pressure reducing valve. We contacted GPS plumbing to determine if our PRV had gone bad. Brandon came out and checked the water pressure and confirmed there was no issue and probably the Sprinkler company’s water pressure guage was not giving the correct reading. GPS did not charge us the customary trip charge to investigate the issue as it took no time for diagnosis. We have used GPS plumbing for many years and they provide top notch plumbing work that is guaranteed at a reasonable price. Thank you GPS
