The owner answered the phone on Saturday and tried to walk me through common possibilities to my problem with my water heater to try and avoid a service call. Scheduled first thing Monday morning. Was honest and very friendly.

They helped me get the parts for free from the manufacture, because of the weather the parts were slow to get here, I had to reschedule 3 times. They were wonderful every time I called. The guys came within an hour of the parts arriving. The price was great. Not the first time I used them and again won’t be the last. I highly recommend them!!

After mistakenly dropping both my wedding and engagement ring down a flushing toilet I immediately tried to come to terms that they were gone. Given the sentimentality of them (especially the one that was my grandmother’s) I felt I had to at least consult with a plumber to be able to move forward. I called GPS plumbing and Dawna answered the phone. She was incredibly sympathetic and consulted with the crew who said the likely hood of recovering them was low but they’d be willing to put a camera down in the pipes to check for them.. Fisher and Nick came out and were incredibly competent, kind and respectful. They pulled the toilet put a camera down the drain and saw BOTH rings in the pipe. After many hours over two days they were able to recover both my wedding and engagement ring. Even though the odds were low on recovery, the time and effort they put into retrieving them made all of the difference. Truly a remarkable experience and I am forever grateful for their skill and determination in retrieving my rings.

Recently a sprinkler company had mentioned our water pressure was very high in spite of having a pressure reducing valve. We contacted GPS plumbing to determine if our PRV had gone bad. Brandon came out and checked the water pressure and confirmed there was no issue and probably the Sprinkler company’s water pressure guage was not giving the correct reading. GPS did not charge us the customary trip charge to investigate the issue as it took no time for diagnosis.
