Excellent customer service and response time. I called just after 5 and got a live person and we were able to talk through my issue to confirm I did need help. Set a time for the next morning and they were right on time! Showed them my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it. I was also thinking I would have to pay for an additional service but they verified I didn’t need it so they didn’t just do the service bc I suggested it. I appreciate their honesty! I had a big job and the owner Steve came in and accessed my situation and was very knowledgeable and timely in finishing the project. I now have a plumber in my contact list that I would not hesitate to call if needed.

Called at 8:30 am and they had someone that showed up at our house by 10:30 to diagnose and fix a water leak. They located the leak and fixed the issue. The guys were very professional and courteous in all communication with me. I’ve used GPS in the past and highly recommend them!

Steve was over at my house 10 minutes after me calling about a leaky water heater. He installed a temporary fix, got exactly the water heaters I wanted, and installed them quickly and did it right the first time. His work was very high quality and very professional. I couldn’t have been happier with his service!

Crew showed up on time and efficiently switched out old water heater. They kept me informed of steps and how long water might be out in the house.
