GPS to the rescue once again! I discovered a leaking water heater in my garage. GPS techs showed up early on a Monday morning and walked me through what they needed to do. Within 2 hrs we had a new water heater that follows all the safety codes for the price they quoted over the phone. The techs were super, working cleanly and efficiently. I will always call GPS for any plumbing needs.

Excellent customer service and response time. I called just after 5 and got a live person and we were able to talk through my issue to confirm I did need help. Set a time for the next morning and they were right on time! Showed them my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it. I was also thinking I would have to pay for an additional service but they verified I didn’t need it so they didn’t just do the service bc I suggested it. I appreciate their honesty! Fast and reliable! Everything I want in a plumber. Updating – I used them again to fix our tub pipe/faucet that got knocked off the wall and once again I had a great experience!! Fast appointment. Repairman was on time, friendly, efficient and helpful! Explained situation, answered my questions and fixed it in record time. I will be calling them every time I need help. I’m super pleased with the quick response to replacing our hot water heater! The service guys were terrific and were easy to work with, they explained everything, they left the area spotless too! The price was reasonable and they did little things all within the original price. I’m very pleased! A friend recommended them and said many of their neighbors were also customers and everyone was pleased! I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs AND recommend them to friends and neighbors!
