We had an amazing experience with GPS Plumbing Frisco! I first called yesterday morning to get a quote and information about replacing our hot water tank that was leaking in our garage. My day got away and I wasn’t able to call back until almost closing last night, and they were still able to get us scheduled for first thing this morning as we had no hot water by the end of yesterday. They showed up right on time (they were actually early), they were quick and efficient with the install, and very up front about their pricing – absolutely no surprises. No gimmicks. No added charges for this or that like other companies often do. The quote I was given is what I paid and was inclusive of everything needed for the replacement and hauling away of the old tank. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and trustworthy from beginning to end. Everyone from the office staff to our technicians Zaine and Eron made what could have been a very stressful situation smooth and easy. Supporting a locally-owned business was just a perk. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done, and we will absolutely use them again!

I needed a new toilet installed and had decided not to use my regular plumber. The quote I received was higher than I expected. I happened to see one of the GPS Plumbing trucks in my neighborhood the other day and decided to reach out. They were fast to respond. I explained what I needed done and sent pictures of the bathroom and replacement toilet. I receive a quote, via text, within minutes. I scheduled them for today. Kevin and Fisher showed up promptly to replace the old toilet with the new one. I can’t say enough about their excellent customer service, professionalism and knowledge. The replacement barely took any time at all. I believe I just found a new plumber for my future plumbing needs. GPS has the best customer service, service and pricing and they’re locally owned. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

They were quickly available – i called friday afternoon and they stopped by on monday morning to fix. They also provided me with an accurate quote upfront that included parts and labor and were able to finish the job within the same price.

Excellent customer service and response time. I called just after 5 and got a live person and we were able to talk through my issue to confirm I did need help. Set a time for the next morning and they were right on time! Showed them my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it. I was also thinking I would have to pay for an additional service but they verified I didn’t need it so they didn’t just do the service bc I suggested it. I appreciate their honesty! Fast and reliable! Everything I want in a plumber. Updating – I used them again to fix our tub pipe/faucet that got knocked off the wall and once again I had a great experience!! Fast appointment. Repairman was on time, friendly, efficient and helpful! Explained situation, answered my questions and fixed it in record time. I will be calling them every time I need help.
