Sandy AksamitOur pilot light went out and we couldn’t get it to relight, so we called GPS Plumbing, and they were able to fix the problem and did not even charge us for the visit. They gave us a quote for a new water heater but did not pressure us to buy. After the pilot light went out two more times within a week (we were able to get it to relight on our own), we decided to go ahead and replace our water heater as we didn’t want to have to go up in the attic every 4-5 days to get the pilot light relit. Excellent customer service throughout. Installation only took 1.5 hrs. Will definitely use them again!
