Our pilot light went out and we couldn’t get it to relight, so we called GPS Plumbing, and they were able to fix the problem and did not even charge us for the visit. They gave us a quote for a new water heater but did not pressure us to buy. After the pilot light went out two more times within a week (we were able to get it to relight on our own), we decided to go ahead and replace our water heater as we didn’t want to have to go up in the attic every 4-5 days to get the pilot light relit. Excellent customer service throughout. Installation only took 1.5 hrs. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent customer service and response time. I called just after 5 and got a live person and we were able to talk through my issue to confirm I did need help. Set a time for the next morning and they were right on time! Showed them my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it. I was also thinking I would have to pay for an additional service but they verified I didn’t need it so they didn’t just do the service bc I suggested it. I appreciate their honesty! Fast and reliable! Everything I want in a plumber. Updating – I used them again to fix our tub pipe/faucet that got knocked off the wall and once again I had a great experience!! Fast appointment. Repairman was on time, friendly, efficient and helpful! Explained situation, answered my questions and fixed it in record time. I will be calling them every time I need help. GPS to the rescue once again! I discovered a leaking water heater in my garage. GPS techs showed up early on a Monday morning and walked me through what they needed to do. Within 2 hrs we had a new water heater that follows all the safety codes for the price they quoted over the phone. The techs were super, working cleanly and efficiently. Fast, responsive, family owned business. Great work and a very affordable price! Pipe burst during the winter storm in Jan 2026 and they were able to come out within 2 hours with icy road conditions and complete the work quickly so we could get our water running again
