Excellent customer service and response time. I called just after 5 and got a live person and we were able to talk through my issue to confirm I did need help. Set a time for the next morning and they were right on time! Showed them my problem and they knew exactly how to fix it. I was also thinking I would have to pay for an additional service but they verified I didn’t need it so they didn’t just do the service bc I suggested it. I appreciate their honesty! Fast and reliable! Everything I want in a plumber. Updating – I used them again to fix our tub pipe/faucet that got knocked off the wall and once again I had a great experience!! Fast appointment. Repairman was on time, friendly, efficient and helpful! Explained situation, answered my questions and fixed it in record time. I will be calling them every time I need help. Donna in the office is awesome too!!

This is a great company! We called today to schedule a garbage disposal issue thinking it would be a day or 2, and they were there about 2 hours later! Quickly fixed the issue and price was very fair. Excellent customer service. We also used them about 3 years ago for a toilet repair and they were awesome then. Highly recommend this plumbing company!

Second time I’ve used GPS and again, happy with the results. Called them at 9:00AM with a leak at my meter, they showed up at 11:00 (as scheduled) and finished by 2:45. Showed me the repair before replacing the dirt and cleaned the area. Recommend GPS Plumbing!

Steve was over at my house 10 minutes after me calling about a leaky water heater. He installed a temporary fix, got exactly the water heaters I wanted, and installed them quickly and did it right the first time. His work was very high quality and very professional. I couldn’t have been happier with his service!

Had to get new water heaters, These guys are very professional, highly responsive, came in and did and completed the job absolutely on time, and came back for a small fix immediately…everybody from Donna, Kevin, Aaron and Steve were awesome! will use them again and will highly recommend!!!
