Just had GPS come out regarding a leak above our kitchen. Guys were kind, courteous, and the price was reasonable. It was so refreshing to have someone come out who explained the problem and were a pleasure to deal with! Very appreciative!

Our pilot light went out and we couldn’t get it to relight, so we called GPS Plumbing, and they were able to fix the problem and did not even charge us for the visit. They gave us a quote for a new water heater but did not pressure us to buy. After the pilot light went out two more times within a week (we were able to get it to relight on our own), we decided to go ahead and replace our water heater as we didn’t want to have to go up in the attic every 4-5 days to get the pilot light relit. Excellent customer service throughout. Installation only took 1.5 hrs. Will definitely use them again!

We used GPS again. Same as our previous experience, they were highly responsive and had plumbers to our home within a few hours. They resolved the problems efficiently and answered all our questions. Excellent service.
GPS to the rescue once again! I discovered a leaking water heater in my garage. GPS techs showed up early on a Monday morning and walked me through what they needed to do. Within 2 hrs we had a new water heater that follows all the safety codes for the price they quoted over the phone. The techs were super, working cleanly and efficiently. I will always call GPS for any plumbing needs.
Absolutely excellent experience. They are the only plumber I will ever call again. The owner answered the phone on Saturday and tried to walk me through common possibilities to my problem with my water heater to try and avoid a service call. Scheduled first thing Monday morning. Was honest and very friendly.
