Called at 8:30 am and they had someone that showed up at our house by 10:30 to diagnose and fix a water leak. They located the leak and fixed the issue. The guys were very professional and courteous in all communication with me. I’ve used GPS in the past and highly recommend them!

After mistakenly dropping both my wedding and engagement ring down a flushing toilet I immediately tried to come to terms that they were gone. Given the sentimentality of them (especially the one that was my grandmother’s) I felt I had to at least consult with a plumber to be able to move forward. I called GPS plumbing and Dawna answered the phone. She was incredibly sympathetic and consulted with the crew who said the likely hood of recovering them was low but they’d be willing to put a camera down in the pipes to check for them.. Fisher and Nick came out and were incredibly competent, kind and respectful. They pulled the toilet put a camera down the drain and saw BOTH rings in the pipe. After many hours over two days they were able to recover both my wedding and engagement ring. Even though the odds were low on recovery, the time and effort they put into retrieving them made all of the difference. Truly a remarkable experience and I am forever grateful for their skill and determination in retrieving my rings.

Have used GPS many years & can’t say enough good about them, from Steve owner, Donna office & all men, who’ve ever come to fix problems they’ve been so efficient, extremely nice, clean up job great & go over & above always. I can count on any of them always. Good work, quality can count on, stay to finish job same day always if possible, even if runs late & longer than expected. GPS to the rescue once again! I discovered a leaking water heater in my garage. GPS techs showed up early on a Monday morning and walked me through what they needed to do. Within 2 hrs we had a new water heater that follows all the safety codes for the price they quoted over the phone. The techs were super, working cleanly and efficiently. I will always call GPS for any plumbing needs.

This is a great company! We called today to schedule a garbage disposal issue thinking it would be a day or 2, and they were there about 2 hours later! Quickly fixed the issue and price was very fair. Excellent customer service. We also used them about 3 years ago for a toilet repair and they were awesome then. Highly recommend this plumbing company!
