After mistakenly dropping both my wedding and engagement ring down a flushing toilet I immediately tried to come to terms that they were gone. Given the sentimentality of them (especially the one that was my grandmother’s) I felt I had to at least consult with a plumber to be able to move forward. I called GPS plumbing and Dawna answered the phone. She was incredibly sympathetic and consulted with the crew who said the likely hood of recovering them was low but they’d be willing to put a camera down in the pipes to check for them.. Fisher and Nick came out and were incredibly competent, kind and respectful. They pulled the toilet put a camera down the drain and saw BOTH rings in the pipe. After many hours over two days they were able to recover both my wedding and engagement ring. Even though the odds were low on recovery, the time and effort they put into retrieving them made all of the difference. Truly a remarkable experience and I am forever grateful for their skill and determination in retrieving my rings.

We had an amazing experience with GPS Plumbing Frisco! I first called yesterday morning to get a quote and information about replacing our hot water tank that was leaking in our garage. My day got away and I wasn’t able to call back until almost closing last night, and they were still able to get us scheduled for first thing this morning as we had no hot water by the end of yesterday. They showed up right on time (they were actually early), they were quick and efficient with the install, and very up front about their pricing – absolutely no surprises. No gimmicks. No added charges for this or that like other companies often do. The quote I was given is what I paid and was inclusive of everything needed for the replacement and hauling away of the old tank. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and trustworthy from beginning to end. Everyone from the office staff to our technicians Zaine and Eron made what could have been a very stressful situation smooth and easy. Supporting a locally-owned business was just a perk. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done, and we will absolutely use them again!

Absolutely excellent experience. They are the only plumber I will ever call again. The owner answered the phone on Saturday and tried to walk me through common possibilities to my problem with my water heater to try and avoid a service call. Scheduled first thing Monday morning. Was honest and very friendly.

I initially had GPS out to replace my hot water heater many years ago. GPS and his crew have since been my go to plumber. They’ve installed my garbage disposal, faucets and taken care of any and all my plumbing needs. If I could I would give them 10⭐️’s but I can only do 5.
